My mission is simple: to help families create homes they truly love while building strong relationships within the community. With years of experience in retail management, including my time at Ace Hardware, I’ve developed a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and being a reliable leader. I’ve carried these values into Ace Handyman Services Northeast Georgia, where trust, respect, and quality craftsmanship are the foundation of every project. I want every customer to feel valued and confident that their home is in good hands.When I’m not working, I love spending time with my wife, Rebecca, and our four children, Bella, Jackson, Phoenix, and Iris. Whether I’m cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, enjoying the tranquility of the mountains, or giving back to my community, I try to live by the values of kindness, hard work, and treating others the way I’d want to be treated. Rebecca Norrell was born and raised in Northeast Georgia, where she was instilled with strong morals, a deep sense of integrity, and a commitment to hard work. After starting a family in the area, she realized that her career in the corporate world no longer aligned with her core values. She stepped away from the fast-paced position twenty years ago to prioritize raising her small child. A food service position at a local school district fulfilled her passion to serve others and make an impact on those around her, while keeping her son as a main focus in her life. She was able to volunteer for many of his sports teams, as well as the local high school.
Now with her son grown, Rebecca has rededicated herself to serve the community of Northeast Georgia, alongside her husband, Phillip. Her passion for helping others is at the forefront of everything she does. Whether it is helping a client improve their home, a community member regain their independence, or an associate create work-life balance, Rebecca is determined to make Northeast Georgia a better place to live.

Outside of the office, she enjoys reading and outdoor activities, kayaking being one of her favorites.

Robert serves as the Field Supervisor for Ace Handyman Services Northeast Georgia, bringing over 35 years of hands-on craftsmanship experience to the role. His deep knowledge of the trades, paired with his leadership and mentoring skills, makes him a trusted guide for both our team and our customers. Robert ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Married to his wife, Patty, Robert is proud of their blended family of five grown children (ages 29 to 23) and especially enjoys time with their 10-year-old grandson. Outside of work, he can often be found watching Georgia football or unwinding on the golf course.
