Ted served in the U.S Navy before departing to support the military (U.S Navy, USCG, and Military Sealift Command) as a private contractor. He obtained a degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in project Management. He's certified as a Professional Project Manager by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Ted is an active member of the Smithfield VA Chapter of Business Network International (BNI), Smithfield Rotary Club, Surry African American Heritage Society and the Isle of Wight and Hampton Roads Chambers of Commerce. Ted has a core belief that acting in the best interest of the client will lead to the best conclusion of any transaction.
