“ACE Handyman was the BEST experience.
I am so thankful and lucky to have found ace handyman services. We were doing some updating jobs and remodeling in our kitchen and I was having no luck to find services/ companies to come help. I called big companies, small companies and independent services. Nothing pulled through. Also customer service was disappointing.
It was recommended to call Ace Handyman. I was hesitant but I have been nothing but impressed. From the first interaction until the last it was professional, understanding and they listened. They even circled back to me as we waited for materials to arrive to check in on status! They communicated the entire projects. I got a text when the handman was on his way and I got phone calls and emails throughout the project from Kathy to check in. The estimates were on target no surprises. Bud the handyman was friendly, on time and clearly communicated. He was CLEAN. He cleaned the area, broke down boxes for us and went through step by step each day the work he had done. He got my opinion on the project throughout. One project went past 6 o'clock at night and he STAYED to finish!
I also had booked someone for a backsplash who canceled on me last minute. Kathy at Ace Handyman worked it out with their tile handyman to come the very next week and piece together a job to get us our backsplash in last minute. With our house projects I have been working with 4 different companies and ACE Handyman has by far the best customer service. They truly care. The communication was immediate anytime I called or sent an email. They answered all my questions and spent time listening. I have no idea how to be a construction manager - i'm just a mom! But they made it easy and I figured it out with their help. They have a person to install and fix everything anything. We decided we wanted to mount a tv at our house and Bud said he would help and he did! We even ran into some issues with the cabinet installs and bud fixed them all and ran to the store to buy materials he needed to fix the issue (the issue was not from ACE it was from the cabinet company).
I will be continuing projects in our house with them and I feel well taken care of. Things these days are so expensive and it's nerve racking not knowing who your working with.
