Bill spent many years in asset management with emphasis on financial condition, physical plant maintenance and property management.
He purchased this legacy Ace Hardware Store in Lauderdale By The Sea in February of 2022. A year later he took on the Ace Handyman franchise. He is very active in our community with a firm belief in supporting our local businesses whenever possible. He is a very "hands on" owner who is often seen "rolling up his sleeves" on a regular basis in the store. He personally greets and assists many of our customers himself. A true rarity in today's day and age.
Bill received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and is a licensed Realtor. He is also the father of two adorable little girls.

Dan is a Master Craftsman by trade with 20+ years of experience in the Construction Industry. Highly skilled in Project Management, Estimating and Repairs, Dan is the lynch-pin to our organization. Never afraid to grab his tools and assist on a job site, Dan is the hardest working GM in the business. A great Dad, he enjoys spending his off time with his young children. He likes Moto GP and fishing.

Robert has 30+ years of business management, customer service and sales experience in a wide variety of industries including production, service and liquidation. An outside-the box thinking problem solver, Robert, will do his best to provide you with the most cost effective solutions to your problems. In his spare time Robert enjoys watching all sports and spending quality time with his son.

Guillermo has 15+ years of experience working in homes, condos and apartments from full remodels to custom kitchen & bathrooms, tile and flooring, plumbing repairs and appliance & electrical fixture replacements. A jack of all trades, he is excellent at diagnosing problems and coming up with the best solutions for repairs. He is extremely personable, respectful and professional. In his free time, Guillermo enjoys playing soccer.

Arthur has over 20 years of experience as a skilled craftsman. His years of experience include the areas of: drywall, painting, plumbing, remodeling, electrical, framing, and landscaping. His Customer Service skills are as impressive as his handyman skills. He is very patient and good at explaining projects to our customers. His free time is spent with his family and dogs. Arthur enjoys many sports.
